Philly Cheese-Steak Sliders

Updated: Nov 3, 2019

These mini Philly cheese-steaks are the perfect dinner if you are hosting a game night at your house and need something quick, but delicious! This Philadelphia original is an easy quick bite, and with other sides like crispy zucchini crisps, you will score some real points with your guests! I filled these Hawaiian sweet rolls with a layer of mayonnaise, topped with a bell pepper, onion, and steak medley. I added some provolone cheese at the end for a delicious sandwich!

These go great with other appetizers like onion rings, fried pickles, potato wedges, or with what I decided to go with, baked zucchini fries!

The quick bake at the end of this dish literally had the cheese melted to a perfection.

My husband and I love hosting game nights at our house! It's a fun way to get everyone together and enjoy a really great time with family and friends. Sometimes I start to panic though and I get stuck on what to serve my guests. I like to keep it simple but still give them some delicious options to choose from.

These sliders are the perfect addition to any table of food. Kids love them for their small size, and adults love them because it means you can have more than one without the guilt! There are many slider recipes that I have seen on places like Pinterest, but you can never go wrong with a delicious steak sandwich.

The steak with the vegetables and cheese in between the buttery sliders is a dish you are not going to want to miss out on at your next hosting!

I have linked the Baked Zucchini Fries here, which pair perfectly with the sliders!
