Smoothies are one of my favorite things to make, whether it's after a workout, during a cold, or right after getting up in the morning. They are filled with incredible amounts of nutrients that can give your body the energy it needs throughout the day in a healthy way. Here are some recipes that I use for different things!
1. The Green Energizer
This smoothie is perfect for when you just can't seem to get out of bed but have so much to do for the day! It makes you feel great and energized, as if you just had an amazing night's rest! It's refreshing and packed with fibers, a little dose of caffeine, and a fun green smoothie to post on the 'gram (Because green smoothies are so insta-worthy!).

The PB&B
Who didn't love a delicious Peanut Butter and Banana sandwich when they were a kid? Even though I still think they are delicious, I decided to turn it into a healthier version packed with protein, potassium, and natural sweetener. I also added Turmeric in this recipe because it is a great anti-inflammatory which can help with things like IBS and joint pain.
