Agua Fresca con Leche y Fresas (Strawberries and Cream Refresher)

I love Aguas Frescas! They are refreshing drinks known to be sold in mini Mexican markets and restaurants that taste delicious! They come in many different flavors using all natural fruits and syrups. The great thing about this drink, is it's not too sweet and I enjoy it year-round! This drink can be substituted with any fruit, using the same steps!

I decided to add some fresh pineapple chunks to add a hint of sour to counteract the creaminess of the drink!

Make sure to keep some sliced strawberries, reserved for stirring into the drink itself! It makes for a pretty presentation!

I have mentioned before that I love making my own juices and drinks at home, especially when I'm hosting guests! It's much more exciting because you can experiment with different flavors instead of sticking to the regular lemonades or iced teas. This drink was a big hit, and I gulped down two glasses!

The recipe makes a large amount and if kept in a closed pitcher, will last a few days. If you're only looking for it to be enough for one day or just a few people, then cut the recipe in half and enjoy!
